Day-Out Camp
A full day of participation and discovery.
Experience sports, outdoor challenges, teamwork and practical learning within one active day. Activities are selected for the participants' ages, abilities and programme objectives.

Standard day-out schedule
- 6:00–7:00 AMReporting, welcome, breakfast, refreshments and warm-up.
- 7:00–8:00 AMGuided trekking or suitable outdoor movement.
- 8:15–11:00 AMMTB cycling or selected sports sessions, organised by age and experience.
- 11:00–11:30 AMSnacks, drinks and rest.
- 11:30 AM–12:00 PMCoach-led demonstrations and skill learning.
- 12:00–1:00 PMDuathlon, obstacle activities or an adapted group challenge.
- 1:00–2:00 PMLunch and rest.
- 2:00–3:00 PMAdventure, survival-skills introduction, creative learning or movement sessions.
- 3:00–5:00 PMFurther practice, team activities and programme-specific recognition.
- 5:00–6:00 PMCool-down, reflection, photographs, certificates and closing.
- 6:00 PMDeparture.
Institutional reporting times can be adapted. The final itinerary identifies the activities available at the selected venue.

Overnight Camp
Stay for the evening. Wake up to discovery.
Extend your experience with shared evening activities, an overnight stay and a fresh morning outdoors. The programme can combine sports, adventure, creativity and reflection according to your group's requirements. Accommodation, duration and fee are specified in the custom proposal.

Give good habits time to be practised.
A week of guided participation combines daily routines with sports, adventure, creativity and personal responsibility. Participants work towards goals, contribute to their group and reflect on their progress.

Practise with purpose. Take your learning forward.
An extended programme provides time for repeated practice, skill development, responsibility and reflection. Discovery Quest and programme-specific assessments help participants record progress and prepare a continuation plan for everyday life.
