DPX Live 360 Affiliate Partner Terms (draft)

Agreement between L Kube Sports & Projects Pvt Ltd, operating DPX Live 360, and the accepting Affiliate Partner. 1. Relationship and eligibility The partner acts independently and is not appointed as an employee. No salary, honorarium, stipend or guaranteed income is payable under this agreement. Adult applicants must verify their identity and address as required. Joining is free, with no purchase or recruitment target required to participate. 2. Eligible business and attribution Incentives arise only from genuine, verified sales of approved products to customers. Recruiting a partner or creating an account earns no incentive. The five-level MTB incentive rates apply only when approved and published; other products require their own schedules. The customer confirms a valid referral ID before the first successful payment. The sponsor relationship is then fixed for that membership, with correction only through a documented dispute process. No automatic sponsor changes from later links, circular referrals or duplicate identities are permitted. 3. Payments, refunds and payouts Customers pay L Kube Sports & Projects Pvt Ltd through its approved payment channels. Partners may not receive customer fees personally. Applicable refund and rescheduling rules are displayed before payment; this agreement does not impose a blanket no-refund rule or remove statutory consumer rights. The dashboard distinguishes pending, available, paid and reversed incentives. Refunds and chargebacks reverse related incentives and points proportionately. If already paid, the adjustment appears transparently and may be offset against future earnings subject to the agreed recovery process. Payouts require verified bank and tax details. Payout frequency, minimum amount and hold period are published before activation. Taxes are deducted only as applicable, with the relevant statement or certificate. No extra payout fee may be introduced without disclosure. 4. Promotion, privacy and conduct Use only approved claims, prices, discounts and brand assets. Identify your affiliate relationship when recommending products. Do not claim weekly earnings, guaranteed returns, assured gifts or exclusive discounts unless a substantiated, approved offer applies. No spam, misleading videos or unsolicited use of personal data is permitted. Protect confidential business information. Collect only necessary customer information with consent. Do not share riders' contact, bank or identity details with your referral team. 5. Suspension, termination and disputes The company may suspend suspected fraud and investigate with documented reasons. Ordinary termination includes notice and a review route; urgent safety or fraud cases may require immediate suspension. Valid accrued incentives remain subject to payment, verification and lawful adjustments. Changes apply prospectively with notice. Refer complaints first to the grievance officer [to be published]. Hyderabad court jurisdiction may apply where legally valid and does not restrict statutory consumer remedies. No clause excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
